“I approached pfj in August 2007 as I was keen to find a provider to deliver some management development training for our Team Leaders.

Further to a comprehensive discussion with pfj, I met with Becky Bevers, pfj’s Training Manager to discuss our needs and requirements.

As we were keen to make the training specific to Instant Offices, Becky suggested that she spend 2 days “fact-finding” in our business, getting to grips with our business, our culture and our people.

This was followed by “bespoking” all of the training sessions so that they reflected Instant Offices culture and language.

We are currently halfway through the programme and the feedback from the Team Leaders has been excellent.

Because Becky understands our business, she has been able to really engage with the Team Leaders, and use relevant examples during the training.

We have a process of monitoring and evaluating in place which means that the Team Leaders have to demonstrate how the training has impacted on them and their team.  We have also agreed how we are going to measure the success of the training, so that we have real evidence that the training has had a positive impact on the Team Leaders and the business.

I would highly recommend pfj’s approach to training, they are keen to show the value that the training is adding to the business, and really get to know and understand the business and it’s people."
