pfj climb the ranks as the 27th Best Small Company to Work For
Leading media recruitment company pfj were awarded 27th position in the 2008 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For Awards in London last night. Following on from achieving the 36th slot in 2007, and with even fiercer competition, pfj have managed to make sufficient developments within the organisation to satisfy their employees and achieve a 9 position increase.
According to The Sunday Times, "A Christmas party in Tenerife, two-hour lunches and a chairman who walks around the office chatting to staff and giving them chocolates and sweets on Friday - it is no wonder that media recruitment company pfj is steadily climbing the ranks in our list".
pfj were particularly praised for their leadership style with 82% of employees feeling that their manager helps them fulfill their potential, 85% feeling that their manager cares for them as an individual, 89% feeling that their teams are fun to work with, and an overall 89% who have faith in pfj's Chairman Paul Farrer.
