TV advertising to outperform traditional media in 2010

The firm said that 2009 was one of the most difficult for the advertising industry and suggested that 2010 could be equally tough.
But while it remains cautious about the next 12 months, it said television is likely to be a different story.
"Ad prices hit an all-time low in the second half of 2009 and will gradually recover during 2010," it stated.
"This combined with the positive benefits of the World Cup suggest TV advertising will outperform other traditional media."
This could be good news for those seeking media jobs in the industry, as it means some new opportunities could emerge this year.
Meanwhile, Enders Analysis has predicted that the internet advertising sector will grow by almost seven per cent in 2010.
It also said this year will be an important one for newspaper advertising as publishers look for new ways to generate revenue.
