Your Profile

The successful Web Manager will have worked on a sizeable corporate website, and been responsible for ensuring that its content is able to be uploaded smoothly and efficiently. Excellent knowledge of HTML CSS XML JavaScript is necessary along with an understanding of audio and video technologies and relational databases. An understanding of technologies like Java, XSLT, Flash, JQuery, Perl and CMS would also be valuable as would an understanding of SEO.

The Role

The Web Manager role is a diverse and exciting proposition. As well as the day to day running of the website, regular technical reviews and enhancements, content management and code upgrades will be part of the role. The Web Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that projects have been Quality Assured before uploading to the site and undertaking user analysis. The role is initially 12 months but is likely to go perm.
