User Experience Designer

Salary £40,000 - £60,000, plus great benefits including stock options
An award winning and successful on-line business is currently looking to recruit to a User Experience Designer. The business is still growing rapidly and this is new role within the company. This is a great time to join a privately owned business with impressive founders and plans to be number one in its market!
Reporting into the Product Director and working closely with the product team, the User Experience Designer will lead in the design of user interfaces across the company's portfolio of cross platform products . This will include:-
-Drive research and analysis of new / existing product offerings
-Propose enhancements for the product roadmap
-Build rapid prototypes to demonstrate product concepts
-Develop detailed user experience specifications
-Develop the IA of complex interactive experiences across channels
Applicants for the UX Designer must have extensive experience of UI / UX Design with the ability to express ideas with wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups. Experience in user research, usability testing and a strong understanding of web technologies in relation to usability is essential.
