
The role
As Strategy Director, you will work with this Award Winning Media Agency's planning teams and clients to help them develop simple, insightful and differentiating comms strategies. You will help the agency's planners and executional specialists turn strategies into brilliant execution - ideally these will help the client smash their business targets, win awards for the agency, become part of popular culture and make the rest of the industry wish they had come up with the idea!! You will play an important part in fostering an environment where the agency's planners love the art of planning, are endlessly curious about consumers, and are excited about the possibilities to connect with them.
Your profile
You will get excited about the potential of any brief, will be able to work through a range of inputs - business data, consumer insight, branding documents. You will love turning comms strategy into big consumer-facing ideas and will be an inspirational mentor for people at all levels across the company. You will run work shops and will go that extra mile to help the people around them. You will be unphased by very senior clients.
