The Role
A new business development role selling promotional ideas and sponsorship of events for this growing and prestigious media business. Developing new business by identifying suitable clients and brands who would have synergy with these promotions and events, securing new client appointments, and delivering creative and innovative sales pitches. Campaign values are high, so clients will be either large regional or national businesses. Once campaigns have been sold, liaising with the marketing and events teams, and ensuring the campaign runs as smoothly and effectively as possible, with the aim of securing a longer term relationship.

Your Profile
With over 2 years experience within a new business media sales role that included a strong element of creative solutions, you will be looking to further your career with a prestigious media owner.
Experience of selling sponsorship and promotions would be preferred, as would tailoring creative campaigns bespoke to individual clients.
The ability to develop new business from cold is essential, as this is a large part of this role.
