As a group we specialise in placing candidates within media, market research, digital, creative and design roles.
The Group has over 80 staff with offices in London, Manchester, Sydney and Singapore. We have just moved to state of the art offices in the West End and are investing £1.5m this year in a new CRM system and relaunching all our brands and websites
we are looking for some brilliant and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our business.
In the last 12 months:
* Over 40% of our staff has had a salary increase
* our established consultants will earn between £45k - £99k this year
* we have at least 20% market share within our sectors
* Net fee income has increased 80% year on year
* we've beaten our weekly target by an average of 130%.
* Every single team in the business is over target

Your Profile
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for this prestigious market leading recruitment firm you will be:
* Working as an Account Manager across your specialist area and contacting both new and old /lapsed clients reminding them of the rpcushing and the Aspire Global Network brand and service.
* You will be building strong relationships with clients and candidates and giving them an unrivalled quality service in the market
* You will be working with only key players within your specialist field who are passionate about their sector and we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can be as equally passionate
* Your candidates and clients are bright achieving people so the ability to influence is essential.
* You will be doing a 360 recruitment role so you will be truly accountable for what you deliver
Desired Skills & Experience
A natural networker / head-hunter who is able to leverage their knowledge and experience across a number of key clients
You must have the gravitas to influence and persuade senior decision makers
The commitment to a career in recruitment
The ability to multi task and to enjoy both account management and the hunt for new business
A strong track record in recruitment with proven billings of at least £120k in the last 12 months
A strong work ethic who enjoys working under pressure
A professional approach and a confident phone manner but not corporate
A passion for the market research s sector
The desire to make money but not at any cost
