    The Role

    As Managing Partner you will lead the teams and relationships on two of their major UK clients - a leading entertainment client and a top drinks brand. You will have the ultimate responsibility for driving the communications planning and buying agenda at the most senior level in the UK market as well as key contribution to the global communication agenda of these clients. You will ensure the most appropriate agency resources are applied on the accounts, with the overall responsibility for the quality of agency output. The role is also responsible for future proofing and maximising the commercial relationship with your clients. Above and beyond the practicalities of the role , you will show passion for thought leadership and creativity. These clients value leaders who are able to contribute exciting marketing ideas and have a passion for their key channels especially Social, Digital and AV. As a Managing Partner you will be expected to demonstrating strong and inspirational leadership - mentoring some of our top talent and you will represent the agency at a senior level at conferences and external events. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 15 employees as well as attracting, developing and retaining the best talent.

    Your Profile

    You will have excellent digital skills, this is more important than a planning background. You will come from a digital agency, integrated agency or media agency and will love bringing new ideas to the table. A vibrant personality is a must! First class client management skills are also essential.
