The role
Lead the digital strategy for the agency's most prestigious client, a renowned beauty brand. You will have a team of Account Managers, planner /buyers and executives reporting in to you and you will oversee their progress and daily workload and performance. As Digital Director your main priority is to consistently ensure delivery of the most effective digital media solutions to meet your client's business objectives, through the seamless integration of strategic and implementation functions. You will constantly challenge your client so that you drive their digital understanding and work with them to produce the very best digital campaigns that you can. You will also manage the implementation of all activity and optimizing plans within budget and will deliver competitive market value in buying. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who loves building and maintaining relationships and charting new territory for clients.
Your Profile
You will have solid experience as a digital account director within a media agency or a senior account manager ready for the next step up. You will have extensive client management experience, and a in-depth understanding and appreciation of display, digital strategy, planning and buying. You will also need to have the desire to push boundaries - working on forward thinking clients who want to be challenged.
