The role
As Client Services and Operations Director, you will be developing and retaining business from clients by effectively managing the CS and Operations teams to provide excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for strategy. day to day you will be ensuring teams are proactively managing clients expectations, ensuring account managers assume responsibility for their clients, promoting a client focused culture at all times and instigating initiatives. As well as this you will also be working with the client retention team, training and motivating staff, deputising for the Global Operations Director and much more. Your profile
As Cs and ops Director you must have experience at a senior level in a similar role, ideally working for a news wire or media organisation. You will have combined experience of client services/customer relations and operations. You will be experienced managing teams and must have sales experience in a target driven environment. You will have reported in at board level.
