Account Manager- Media Monitoring

The Role

You will be welcomed into an established and successful Account Management team, who provide classic media monitoring, media analysis and social media products to their client base. This particular role will be focusing on managing an existing group of clients who are either Financial Services or Corporate clients and you will typically be working with senior PR and Comms decision makers. You will be responsible to manage an existing book of key accounts, with the objective of securing the renewal processes and looking for opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

They are a real super brand and they work closely with the majority of the market, however have just launched a new cutting-edge solution which will change the way that the media monitoring world receives data. They are a forward thinking and fast growing company who have excellent opportunities for career progression and development and are always looking out for proven sales people that share their vision and are passionate about the media markets.

Your Profile

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has experience of the media monitoring or media analysis market, to join a leading player in the UK market in an Account Management role. To be considered for this role, my client is looking to welcome an individual who has this experience and also has experience of key account management within a subscription sales business. Ideally you will have experience of managing an existing book of business and working with senior level executives to ensure excellent client servicing, product usage and to identify additional upsell and cross-selling opportunities. You will be passionate about sales, are confident when selling face to face and will ideally be educated to degree level, or equivalent. As an Account Manager, you must be used to managing your own portfolio and diary, an excellent communicator, articulate and will have confidence to present at Senior Corporate level.
