Contingency Recruitment
Otherwise known as Database Search or File Search, this is a 'no win, no fee' service utilising the extensive pfj database. Our consultants will take a comprehensive job brief and then match the person specification against our pre-screened candidates . Interviews will then be organised and should a candidate introduced by PFJ commence employment with a client then a fee is charged.

Advertised Selection
In the event that there is a requirement for more than one candidate, specific skill sets are sought, a client wishes to have a branded recruitment presence or attract candidates from competitive companies- maintaining candidate confidentiality - we offer a retained selection service.

Search
In some of our market areas we are able to offer a limited, retained, search option. However, in the majority of our market sectors we are unable to offer search as to undertake a comprehensive search would involve approaching candidates employed by our customers which is unethical and contrary to the code of practice of the REC.

HIRE Service
HIRE - High Impact Recruitment Exercise

To gain total commitment and focus on filling your vacancy you should opt for a HIRE. Over 95% of HIRE’s lead to 2nd interviews, 90% lead to job offers and 85% in placements. What is more they are free.

A HIRE is a proactive and focussed method of filling a vacancy. The service is simple:

  1. You agree with the consultant a timetable for the recruitment process
  2. You agree with the consultant a date for 1st interviews
  3. The consultant works to that date providing you with agreed information and correspondence
  4. The interviews are hosted and facilitated by pfj/grc
  5. Prior to each interview you are briefed on the candidate so you can get to the meat of the interview quickly
  6. Following each interview the candidate is debriefed and you receive instant feedback on the candidates thoughts
  7. At the end of the HIRE candidates and dates are discussed for the 2nd stage

The Recruitment Offer Initiative is PFJ ’s way of sharing the commitment to finding the following:

MPS – Maximum Protection Scheme

The Maximum Protection Scheme is an ideal solution for those companies who want to budget for recruitment costs on a long-term basis or have concerns about seeing a return on their recruitment investment.

Instead of traditional terms of a fee and then sliding scale refund over a 6 or 13 week period of time, PFJ have ripped up the rule book and offer 12, 18 and 24 month solutions.

  1. We will charge a small %age a month for as long as the candidate is employed by your business under the period of time you choose. If the candidate leaves for any reason, other than redundancy, then you stop paying. It is as simple as that.

This is a long term option whereby the increased investment is justified by the opportunity to measure a return. PFJ share the risk for a much longer period of time then is normal
 
IRS – Interim Recruitment Solution

The ideal solution for those situations when you are left in the lurch. When you have a vacancy that is empty you face time pressures

PFJ’s IRS solution gives you an Interim measure, someone in the role that not only makes a contribution but can also be useful as a benchmark for selection and useful in inducting the new employee.

Of course Interims are perfect for short term cover such as maternity or sickness as well as being the ideal solution for project based work

You have total flexibility to how you use this facility such as employing them through PFJ on a temporary, day to day basis or under contract for longer periods.

You choose whichever method suits you and provides you with the solution you require

Psychometric Profiling
PFJ employ personnel who are trained and authorised to administer SHL verbal and numerical reasoning tests and PSL psychometric profiling.

Training
PFJ can offer a wide range of training services either recruitment-based, e.g. Interview Skills Training or more general, such as Introduction to Management or Sales Training. Training is delivered by PFJ personnel or our Associates.
